Today reminded me that abundance is way bigger than just the material lens.

One of its expressions is simply making room.

Room for new possibilities.
Room for connection.
Room for forgiveness.
Room for a shift in perspective.
Room for letting go of the stories about what I thought I was supposed to have — or who I thought people were supposed to be.

And when I stopped filling my mind and heart with those old stories or what I didn’t have, the magic happened and everything shifted.

There was suddenly room for what was ready for me.

Today I said yes. I showed up. I trusted. I let go of the how. Not expecting something in particular back. Just pure love in action. Finding vessels into where it can pour into.

And then, as I spoke to someone helping me manifest something beautiful into reality, after five years of living here, I saw my first hummingbird!!! 🐦💚 I had a melt-up!!

For me, that felt like a little wink from God. Let God be God so you can be the dreamer, the ambassador, the interpreter of The Dream we’re co-creating with Gaia, God, Source, The Field.

A reminder that I don’t have to force anything into existence. Be in Divine Flow.

I just have to keep saying yes.

One step.
One breath.
One little miracle and calling at a time.

Abundance is a frequency, it’s the name we give to the cocktail of curiosity, softness, openness, sweetness, with the Yes cherry 🍒 on top.

Maybe it’s about having enough space inside you to finally receive what’s already on its way. ✨

We’re bringing a Community Blanket to yoga! 🤍

A place to share what you’re creating, offering, teaching, making, or dreaming up here in our community.

Have a small business? An upcoming event? A creative offering? Bring a few cards or flyers and put them on the blanket. Come early, wander, connect, discover something new—and then we’ll roll out our mats and practice together.

🍂 What if this autumn isn't asking us to do more... but to receive more by expanding the vessel of our hearts for what's already waiting to meet us?

🍂 One of the beautiful ideas I've been reflecting on in my Kabbalah studies is the image of the heart as a vessel, a chalice that can grow more spacious to receive love, wisdom, beauty, healing, and the Light.

The more open my heart becomes, the more fully I can receive... and in turn, the more lovingly I can give.

This season, I'm practicing expanding my heart to receive as deeply as I love to give.

After all, the harvest isn't only what we gather... it's also what we're willing to receive. 🌻✨

Like the sunflower, may we keep turning toward the Light and trust the harvest in its perfect timing.

🍂 May this season remind us that it is safe to receive.

Carpet or hard floor for yoga? 🧘🏽‍♀️🩵💫
What say you? What’s your view?

Carpet, hard floor, or somewhere in between
Wherever you practice, let your practice be seen! ✨

Hard floor can offer:
• More stability & grounding
• Better balance & feedback

Carpet can offer:
• More cushioning for your joints
• A softer, kinder landing

For me, more often than not, it’s carpet yoga.
This way my pup joins & then it’s Doga.
Our house is small and full of toys,
so I practice wherever I can full of joy.

Some don’t recommend carpet, that’s what they say,
But my joints whisper, “We like it this way.”
Soft, loving, kind as can be,
Like the floor itself is hugging me. 🩵🤎

It holds me back just a little bit,
And sometimes that’s exactly the fit. ✨
It meets me softly, where I’m at,
I give it love… and it loves me back. 🤎

So…

Messy carpet, messy house,
Hard floors too, quiet as a mouse.
Showing up for my practice, come what may,
Doing it anyway, every day. 🧘🏽‍♀️✨

🌻 Tomorrow's Leo Solar Eclipse isn't asking us to make huge, unsustainable changes or become someone new.

It's gently reminding us, like the lion's heart, to let our light shine into the world, beautifully, courageously, and in the unique way only we can.

Our inner song is already playing through everything we do and say. 🎵

🌻 My beautiful friends, Welcome to my very first Soul Seed.

As we approach the Leo Solar Eclipse on Wednesday, August 12, followed by the Pisces Lunar Eclipse on August 27, this felt like the perfect moment to pause, reflect, and tend the sacred garden within.

Last night, after the house settled into its quiet rhythm, I stepped outside, took a deep breath of gratitude, and sat beside the little altar that reminds me of the never-ending love surrounding our family.

With my favorite journal and pen in hand, I reflected on one of the beautiful certainty exercises from my mentor, Cathy Heller.

Something unexpected happened.

A little seed was planted.

And it began to bloom into something so sweet that I wanted to share it with you.

Through the lens of gardening, the changing seasons, astrology, numerology, yoga, and the quiet language of nature, this little Soul Seed was born.

It is my humble offering to anyone who might need a gentle reminder that...

🌻 your gifts are sacred.

🌿 your season has purpose, just as your soul does.

🌙 endings nourish new beginnings.

☀️ the Light has never stopped reaching for you... and never will.

Thank you, Cathy, for reminding me that inspiration is contagious. When we offer it back to the world through our own unique voices, we become part of a beautiful ripple effect that nourishes the Earth and one another.
