There is always a moment in the storm where you sit and wonder, “When is the hard gonna end?” 🌧️
If you’re in that space right now, take a second. Look at this fire. Just breathe. Even if the peace feels fleeting right now, let it realign you. Remind yourself of the absolute truth: You have overcome 100% of your worst days. You are still here.
Today is the day to rest. To reset. And maybe, to pick up the phone and find some support.

Sometimes you have to do the hard work you don’t get paid for, to get to the good stuff that will show a return!!! Being a peer isn’t easy, being a peer with a start up is harder !!!

Being an independent Peer gives me the freedom to serve families on my own terms, but it also means life happens in between. Today’s “freedom” looks like hauling the camper to the shop to get the roof fixed!
It’s not always a scenic mountain view—sometimes it’s just the reality of life, maintenance, and keeping things moving.
I love that my work allows me to prioritize family and real-world responsibilities while still being there for my clients. It keeps me grounded and reminds me that we’re all just doing our best to keep our own “roofs” intact—literally and figuratively.
Taking in some fresh air on the drive and getting ready for a big week ahead! 🌬️

When you learn to regulate and grow in maturity by using your tools ⚒️ you can build relationships that will withstand the test of time! My very best friend I met at 14 years old, and almost 30 years later here I am, standing with her mom and her daughter restoring relationships and coming alongside this family who needs community support and making sure that they never have to feel alone! This is what healing looks like, this is what mental health success looks like, this is what your journey can look like !!! Doing the hard work matters and makes us able to use our journey to support others!

This Mother’s Day, we celebrate the moms who keep showing up even during the hard seasons. 💐

The exhausted moms.
The overwhelmed moms.
The moms silently carrying stress, grief, worry, or struggles nobody sees.

You are still doing an amazing job.

Motherhood isn’t about perfection. It’s about love, resilience, sacrifice, and continuing to show up for your children day after day. And that matters more than anything.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the strong, beautiful mommas out there. ❤️

There was a day that this moment seemed so far away. There was a day that this wasn’t tangible in my mind. I never imagined I could sit here catching up on referrals for my own practice on a Saturday morning. However, that doesn’t mean I’ve got perfect made. Peer support is driven by heart and lived experience. I’ve been through the hard, I’ve had the loud, the heavy, the sad and the awful. If your morning is chaos then you’re not in a bad space - you are perfectly imperfect. If you need support through it, I’m here 💛.
