Did I lose it on that diet train or did you follow all of those too ? For years, I thought the answer was another food rule.

Another elimination diet.
Another “healthy” meal plan.
Another list of foods I shouldn’t eat.

And listen…

AIP wasn’t bad.

Going gluten-free wasn’t bad.

Eating anti-inflammatory wasn’t bad.

But none of those things answered the question that actually mattered:

WHY was my body inflamed in the first place?

Because Hashimoto’s isn’t just a food problem.

It’s an autoimmune condition.

And until I understood:

* my root cause
* what triggered the autoimmune response
* what inflammation had disrupted
* and what my body specifically needed to heal

…I stayed stuck.

This is exactly why I teach root cause first.

Because if your root cause is:

* gut dysfunction
* hormone imbalances
* bacterial overgrowth
* mold exposure
* chronic stress
* EBV
* histamine issues

Your healing strategy should look different.

And that’s where so many women get stuck.

They’re doing good things.

They’re just not doing the RIGHT things for their body.

The goal isn’t to keep adding more restrictions.

The goal is to heal the inflammation so your body can function normally again.

That’s how I lost 100 pounds.
That’s how I reached remission.
And that’s the same process I use with every client.

If you’ve been trying to lose weight with Hashimoto’s for years, this might sting a little.

Because the weight isn’t always the problem.

It’s often the symptom.

The problem is that most women are trying to force weight loss while completely ignoring WHY their body gained the weight in the first place.

Because if:
* your thyroid isn’t converting
* your gut is inflamed
* your immune system is attacking your thyroid
* your body is stuck in chronic inflammation
* your metabolism has adapted to stress

…weight loss isn’t the problem.

It’s the result of the problem.

This is why so many women:
* eat less
* work out more
* try supplements
* try diets
* try another protocol

And still don’t feel better.

Not because they’re doing “bad” things.

But because they’re doing things that don’t address what THEIR body actually needs.

That’s why I start with root cause.

Because when you know:
✔ what triggered your Hashimoto’s
✔ what inflammation has disrupted
✔ what your body is struggling with

…you can finally create a healing plan that makes sense.

Comment NEXT if you’re ready to stop chasing symptoms and start understanding what’s actually driving them.

Spoiler alert: it’s not what you think.

Because the truth is ... there isn’t one single “Hashimoto’s diet” that works for everyone. And if someone tells you there is, they’re either guessing or selling you BS.

I didn’t lose 100 lbs because I found the magic diet.
I lost it because I finally stopped chasing generic rules and started healing what was actually broken inside my body.

That meant:
✅ Addressing gut inflammation
✅ Calming my nervous system
✅ Supporting my hormones + digestion
✅ And fueling my body with anti-inflammatory, balanced meals - not cutting every food group under the sun

And the challenging thing with hashimotos is that the damage done by inflammation is different for everyone! So understanding root cause + functional testing to know what needs to be healed = what YOU need to do.

If you’re stuck spinning your wheels, it’s probably because you’re following advice meant for someone else’s root cause.

Stop guessing. Start healing. If you’re ready to start with right first step in your healing, comment NEXT and I’ll send you those details

Going gluten-free is not a healing plan for Hashimoto’s.

Yes, it can lower inflammation.
Yes, it can help.

But gluten is usually the irritant - not the root cause.

If removing gluten was enough, you wouldn’t still be:
– Bloated
– Exhausted
– Struggling to lose weight
– Dealing with hormone chaos

The real question isn’t “Should I go gluten-free?”

It’s: Why is my immune system reactive in the first place?

Is it:
• H. pylori?
• Bacterial overgrowth?
• Leaky gut?
• Chronic stress?
• Viral reactivation?

Food changes can support healing.

But they rarely fix the deeper dysfunction.

If you’ve cleaned up your diet and still feel stuck… it’s time to dig deeper.

Comment ROOT and I’ll send you the training that explains how I actually identify what’s driving your Hashimoto’s.

Healing isn’t about being more restrictive.

It’s about being more precise.

06/03/2026

I’ve lost 100 lbs since my hashimotos diagnosis.
And now, it’s completely in remission.

The funny part?

For years I thought healing meant I had to eat more and more restrictively forever.

No gluten.
No dairy.
No sugar.
No restaurants.
No fun.
No flexibility.

And while there are absolutely seasons of healing where we need to be more intentional…

The goal was never restriction.

The goal was healing.

Because Hashimoto’s isn’t actually a food problem.

It’s an inflammation problem.

Your body is attacking itself because something triggered that autoimmune response.

For some women it’s:

* gut dysfunction
* hormones
* stress
* mold
* viral triggers
* nutrient deficiencies
* or a combination of several things

When you identify your root cause and heal the inflammation damage that’s been done…

Everything changes.

Your body starts working WITH you instead of against you.

Your symptoms improve.
Your energy improves.
Your metabolism improves.
Your relationship with food improves.

And eventually?

You stop feeling like every bite of food is something to fear.

That’s why I don’t teach women how to restrict harder.

I teach them how to identify:

* their root cause
* what inflammation has disrupted
* and how to strategically heal their body

Because the goal isn’t to survive on a tiny list of “safe foods.”

The goal is to heal enough that food becomes flexible again.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and actually figure out what YOUR body needs to heal, comment NEXT and I’ll show you where to start.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but your labs aren’t normal.

If you have hashimotos and you feel like garbage, your labs aren’t normal. They’re just not. But it IS possible that your doctor isn’t looking at the right things, or asking the right questions, or looking at the right combination of things.

Everyday I talk to people who, on paper, their labs look ok. But I can ask better and deeper questions based on their root cause so we can get to what the actual problem is.

If your labs are normal but you feel anything but, we should be friends. Hi, my name is Sarah and I’m a hashimotos expert that has helped hundreds of women on their hashimotos and remission healing plans. If you’re ready to not just look good on paper but also feel good in person, comment NEXT and I’ll send you next steps!

Because I don’t believe you’re lazy.
I don’t believe you lack willpower.
And I definitely don’t believe your symptoms are “all in your head.”

What I do believe is that thousands of women with Hashimoto’s are being told:

👉 “Your labs are normal.”
👉 “Everything looks fine.”
👉 “Just eat less and exercise more.”

Meanwhile they’re:

* exhausted
* inflamed
* losing hair
* gaining weight
* struggling with brain fog
* dealing with anxiety
* waking up feeling like they got hit by a truck

And somehow that’s supposed to be “normal.”

The problem?

Most women are only being evaluated through a very small piece of the picture.

Hashimoto’s isn’t just about your thyroid.

It’s about:

* why your body started attacking itself
* what inflammation has disrupted
* whether your thyroid is converting properly
* what’s happening in your gut
* what’s happening with your hormones
* and what your body actually needs to heal

Because when you understand the WHY behind your symptoms, you stop guessing.

And that’s when healing becomes possible.

If you’re tired of being told everything looks fine when you feel anything but fine, comment NEXT for what you need to do to heal in your hashimotos journey!

You deserve answers.
And “your labs are normal” isn’t one of them.

Losing weight with Hashimotos disease is not ‘eat less and workout move’. If that was true, so many more of you would have answers.

But losing weight with Hashimotos is hormones, thyroid, gut, and so much more. If you’re not approaching healing strategically to know what’s the cause and what’s the effect, then you are truly guessing.

I lost 100 lbs with hashimotos disease and put mine in remission when I stopped guessing and started healing based on root cause. But it didn’t just work for me. It’s also worked for hundreds of my clients, too.

Ready to stop guessing and start taking a root cause healing approach to your hashimotos healing? Comment NEXT to get details on your root cause and how you can start healing.

It has nothing to do with:
•red light therapy
•or that I’m special - because I’m not

And if you’ve followed my journey at all, you know that I did a lot of things for about 10 years that didn’t help me.

So what changed? My understanding of hashimotos.

Hashimotos is an autoimmune where your body is responding to inflammation from your body attacking your thyroid (and then other healthy tissues). There’s no medication for it but the best way to heal is to understand what is causing the attack (aka root cause) and heal the damage done by the attack and inflammation. That healing isn’t random supplements or cutting out a food or 2. It’s doing specific things to heal a very specific thing. Much like you would do things to heal a broken bone or target a certain type of cancer, hashimotos needs to be healed in a specific way.

So that’s what I did. So instead of taking a million supplements and under eating with AIP, I healed my body according to my root cause and inflammation damage. That’s when I lost the 100 lbs, I stopped struggling with fertility, I got off my thyroid meds, and I was able to live again.

No gatekeeping here!

If you want to lose weight with Hashimoto’s and actually reverse inflammation, these are the 4 things you need to do.

Not random supplements.
Not starvation.
Not cutting out 47 foods and hoping for the best.

1. Understand your root cause
Because Hashimoto’s does not happen randomly.

If your root cause is:
* gut dysfunction
* hormones
* EBV
* mold
* stress
* nervous system activation
* chronic sickness
* or histamine issues
…your healing strategy should look VERY different.

2. Run FULL thyroid labs
Not just TSH.

Because your thyroid labs tell us:
* how your thyroid is functioning
* whether your body is converting properly
* why your metabolism may be struggling
* and whether inflammation is still actively attacking the thyroid

3. Run the RIGHT functional labs

This is where we identify:
* gut dysfunction
* hormone disruption
* cortisol patterns
* inflammation
* nutrient depletion
* bacterial overgrowth
* and what systems have been impacted

4. Create a strategic healing plan

This is the step most people skip.
Because healing Hashimoto’s is not:
* doing random things harder
* eating less
* or collecting wellness tips

When I combine:
* your root cause
* thyroid labs
* functional labs
* symptoms
* and inflammation patterns

…I can see exactly:

* WHY your body started attacking itself
* WHAT inflammation has disrupted
* and HOW your body actually needs to heal

Comment FRAMEWORK if you want my step-by-step guide walking you through exactly how to do these 4 things without wasting years, money, and your sanity trying to figure out Hashimoto’s alone.
