Before you buy another supplement for Hashimoto’s… read this.

I know it’s tempting.

You see someone on Instagram say a supplement changed their life…

So you add it to your cart hoping it’ll do the same for you.

But before you spend another dollar, ask yourself these three questions:

🫣 1. Is your body even able to use it?

If your gut is inflamed, you’re not digesting well, or your absorption is impaired, you may not be getting the benefit you’re expecting.

😳 2. Is it creating more work for your body?

Every supplement has to be processed. If your detoxification pathways, liver, or gut are already overwhelmed, throwing more supplements at the problem isn’t always the answer.

😭 3. Do you actually need it?

This is my favorite question.

Because the answer shouldn’t come from TikTok…

It should come from your body.

That’s exactly why I use functional testing.

Not to see how many supplements I can recommend…

But to determine which ones you actually need (if any), what can wait, and what your body needs to heal first.

I spend more time helping clients simplify their supplement routines than adding to them.

Because healing Hashimoto’s isn’t about having the biggest supplement cabinet.

It’s about having the right strategy.

🙋🏻‍♀️ If you’re ready to stop guessing and get a personalized approach to your Hashimoto’s healing, comment NEXT and I’ll send you the first step.

I know better, but I still didn’t listen to myself! See - sometimes even I’m not coachable!

But in all seriousness, I was doing what had always worked in my hashimotos journey.

If you’re new here-
•diagnosed with hashimotos in 2007
•had a pity party until 2017
•lost 100 lbs and was in remission in 2018
•2019 miracle baby
•2020-2024 best shape of my life
•2024-2025 worst flare of my life

In my defense, I did the things I knew I needed to heal (aka my previous plan). But what I needed to do was take the advice that I give all my clients:
•run your thyroid panel so you can optimize it
•run your functional labs so you know how to heal (GI map in my case)
•implement what you need to heal based on functional + root cause healing need

I was skipping the 2nd step. But once I finally did - everything “clicked” again.

So if you’re struggling to heal with hashimotos, root cause, testing, and creating your custom healing plan will ALWAYS be the right steps. But if you need help with any of those, comment HELP and I’ll meet you in your inbox.

One of the biggest mistakes I see women with Hashimoto’s make?

They end up taking 15+ supplements because someone on the internet said they “have to.”

Here’s the thing…

More supplements don’t equal better healing. That’s why I found one that’s a super supplement that gets you a lot of what you need in one supplement:
✔️ Heme iron
✔️ Vitamin B12 + other B vitamins
✔️ Folate
✔️ Zinc
✔️ Selenium
✔️ Copper
✔️ Magnesium
✔️ Vitamin A (retinol)
✔️ CoQ10
✔️ Choline
✔️ Omega-3

Less pill fatigue.

Less guesswork.

And one less thing to remember every morning.

Comment SUPER if you need the link to help simplify your daily supplement routine!

The idea that there’s one best diet for Hashimoto’s.

Or one best supplement.

Or one best peptide.

Or one best morning routine.

Or one best protocol.

Because if there was…

Wouldn’t we all just follow it and get better?

The truth is, Hashimoto’s isn’t a recipe.

It’s a puzzle.

Two women can have the exact same diagnosis and need completely different healing plans because what’s driving their disease isn’t the same.

One person may need to focus on healing their gut.

Another may need to address blood sugar.

Another may have nutrient deficiencies.

Another may have chronic infections.

Another may be stuck in a constant state of stress and inflammation.

Same diagnosis.

Different root causes.

That’s why trying to copy someone else’s healing journey usually leaves you frustrated.

The question isn’t…

“What’s the best diet for Hashimoto’s?”

The question is…

“What does my body need first?”

Once you know your root causes, healing becomes so much less overwhelming.

You stop chasing every new supplement, peptide, or protocol that pops up on your feed.

And you start following a plan that’s actually built for your body.

Because the goal isn’t to find the “perfect” Hashimoto’s protocol.

It’s to find your roadmap.

⬇️ If you’ve been trying all the “right” things and still don’t feel like yourself, that’s usually a sign you don’t need another generic protocol—you need to know what’s actually driving your Hashimoto’s. Start there. Comment ME to get my free assessment so you can get my personal recommendations on what your healing needs should be!
