I wonder how much of our lives we never get to experience because we never actually give ourselves the chance.

Like, what would happen if we just went for it?

I think we’d surprise ourselves.

The amount of art I’ve made that nobody has ever seen because I didn’t think it was good enough. 😭

And the funny thing is, I’ve spent over 28 years performing professionally.

You’d think I’d be over this by now. 😂

But even after all these years, I can watch myself perform and immediately start picking apart everything I could’ve done better.

And then there’s someone in the audience having the time of their LIFE watching the exact same performance.

I wonder how many people would’ve loved something I made that I never even gave them the chance to see.

How many opportunities I’ve missed because I was waiting to feel better about what I’d created.

And how much I’ve learned from the times I just fu***ng DID IT, even when I wasn’t totally satisfied with myself.

That’s what I want more of.

For myself. For the women I work with.

More of our work actually getting out there and finding out what’s possible when we’re SEEN.

🎨 Paint the Town starts this Friday.

3 live days with Ayesha and me + 8 weeks of visibility reps to give your dreams a body.

Comment PAINT and I’ll send you the invitation. ❤️

A WOMAN JUST STEPPED INTO MAJESTY AND I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT HER!!! 😭👑

She’s spent years developing her skills, working with people, and learning things she wants to bring into the world.

But she’s still figuring out exactly what she wants to create with all of it.

And I think so many women are doing this.

Waiting until they have a clearer vision, more experience, or know exactly what they’re building before they start putting themselves out there.

But the vision gets clearer through the steps you take.

I’ve learned this my whole life.

When I moved to California, I had no guaranteed work. I just had a dream and this feeling that there was something there for me.

I had no idea what my career could become. I was coming from the Canadian dance industry, which was a tiny fraction of what existed in Hollywood.

But I felt that spark, and I followed it.

And that decision led me to dancing on some of the biggest stages in the world. I took my dance career further than I ever could have imagined when I first left Canada.

I have my whole career to thank for that decision.

And now I get to spend six months working with this woman, bringing her ideas into the room, practicing speaking about them, and seeing what she actually wants to build with everything she’s learned.

I CAN’T WAIT!!! 😭❤️

If you’ve been waiting until you’re further along to start being seen for your work, I want to work with you too.

DM me MAJESTY and let’s talk. 👑

I MADE THIS VIDEO IN 2023!!! 😭

After 3 years away from dancing, I went to Tulum and by chance met these incredible women who were each finding their way back to dance too.

We rehearsed for a couple hours, hired someone to film us, made this beautiful piece of art…

and then I put it in my Google Drive for 3 YEARS. 😂

I have done this SO MANY TIMES.

Made something, watched it back, found something that wasn’t quite right, thought “oh we could do that better” and then just never released it.

The amount of art I’ve made that nobody has ever seen because I didn’t think it was good enough.

And even watching this video today, I’m looking at one of the moves like OH MY GOD. HOW DID I DO THAT?! 😂

That’s just pure p⭐️ssy. I can’t post that!!!

But I remember what it felt like doing it.

It was playful. Innocent...Joyful.

Like a little girl on a swing, enjoying moving her hips from side to side.

And now here I am, years later looking at that same movement through a completely different set of eyes.

It’s funny because so much of my work asks people to embrace parts of themselves they’ve been holding back.

And apparently I need to take my own medicine. 😂

Art is meant to be shared. It’s meant to be SEEN.

We called this performance MORE THAN ENOUGH.

Which feels pretty fking appropriate right now.

👉🏾 What have you made that nobody’s seen because you keep thinking it’s not good enough?

Maybe it’s already more than enough. ❤️ 😉

🌹Brooke (Brooke Feldman (she/her)) came to Paint the Town thinking it might help her with visibility.

speaking differently. showing up differently.

she wasn’t entirely sure what she was signing up for 😂
but she was open.

and what she found was something she described as a PORTAL.

“A portal to stepping into a version of myself that I knew was there.”

I think so many women are walking around with a version of themselves they KNOW exists.

the woman who holds eye contact when she speaks.

who takes her time instead of rushing through what she wants to say.

who lets people look at her without immediately looking away.

who knows she has something valuable to offer and actually puts it in front of people.

Brooke said,
“Maybe I needed to give myself permission to be seen.”

YESSSS. ❤️

and the confidence she found wasn’t just for her business.

“Yes, I’m going to use this in my business. But even more so, I’m going to use it in my life.”

because the woman who can hold someone’s gaze, receive a compliment, speak her mind, take up space and let herself be witnessed…

gets to take that confidence EVERYWHERE.

on a date.

in a meeting.

at the dinner table.

in front of a camera.

in a room full of people she’s never met.

THIS is why I love this work so much.

and why Ayesha Ophelia and I are bringing Paint the Town back.

3 live days of movement, expression, visibility practice, creative play and being SEEN.

followed by 8 weeks of taking what you discovered into your actual life.

She had 900 followers.

37 comments in one hour. Major players in her industry saying "this needed to be said."

One session.

She came to me wanting to be a recognized voice in sacred seggsuality and somatic work. But she was hiding behind aesthetic photos and reposting other people's posts while her actual thought leadership collected dust.

She's a 5/1 Mani Gen with her incarnation cross in Upheaval, literally designed to disrupt. But she was terrified of the backlash. Terrified of triggering her community.

So she stayed in the safe zone. And stayed invisible.

In one session, we stripped every layer of hiding until she was speaking fully unfiltered. We took that and turned it into a post.

It blew up immediately.

Now she has a stance. Her page is saying something real. She's in the comments playing with her audience like a pro, we both positive and negative responses. She's finally in her element.

And she's about to launch her program into an audience that's been marinating in her magnetic energy all summer. They'll be lining up to buy once her program drops 🤌🏾

This is what's possible when you stop making your brand pretty and start becoming a recognized voice in your field.

I didn’t realize at the time that this was also how I was posting online. That’s the part that really gets me now.

Because before this, I thought visibility was a strategy problem.
Maybe I needed better hooks?
Better messaging.
Better positioning.

Meanwhile I was literally treating visibility the exact same way I treated intimacy.
Carefully managed.
Emotionally pre-packaged.

Giving people enough of me to admire.
Enough of me to desire.
Enough of me to be impressed by.
But not enough of me to fully be seen.

And I think a lot of women are doing this without realizing it.
Trying to look emotionally stable instead of honest.
Trying to look healed instead of human.
Trying to look low-maintenance instead of actually being met.
Trying to become desirable while avoiding being vulnerable.

That was me.

Until I started understanding that being seen is *relational.*
It’s who you become in the presence of another person.

👉🏾What you reveal.
👉🏾What you hide.
👉🏾How you stay the same.
👉🏾How you change yourself.

And once I started recognizing the role of the other, I actually felt more of myself.

It wasn’t this scary thing or this performative thing anymore.
It felt natural.
Like something we forgot how to do.

That realization changed my relationships.
My visibility.
My business.
Everything.

Because what we hide is usually what they want.

If you’ve been feeling a visibility bottleneck in your business lately, your Stage Attachment pattern is probably underneath it.

I attracted a dream client by existing in the world as myself. And I was afraid that I didn’t have the right words or designs or backend funnel ready to sell my work.

I delayed meeting her because I thought I needed to prepare.

Turns out, all i needed was a bomb ass picture of me in the energy of my work to sell 2 high ticket packages at once.

My body did the selling for me.
I just allowed myself to be seen without worrying what the rest of the room was doing.

The Spotlight Carries a Power Seldom Used.

In the spotlight you hold the attention of many.

Attention, is something that companies pay millions to capture, even on this very platform.

Attention is a relationship,
Where one force is locked onto the other.

There’s charge.
Heat,
Attraction.

So when you’re the one in the center of the room,
The center force drawing everyone’s eye to you…
There’s an undeniable erotizism.
A heat.
A charge.
A desire to combine.

Some people swirm with that increased amount of attention. It feels awkward to be seen wanted or wanting.
Some people freeze. Where does this go from here?
And some? Recognize the power of this moment and start wielding it.

They dance. They create. They expand.

If you carry something important inside of you,
An idea, a body of work, a new teaching, an experience, a game-changing business…
It needs EYES on it to thrive.
People need to see it.
And so…
They must see YOU.

You have been charged as the vessel to bring forth new collective ideas and consciousness by what you create through your business.

If you have an idea that needs more eyes,
A passion you wish to become a livelihood,
A mission you’re here to fulfill this lifetime and not the next

How you exist in the spotlight is everything.

The spotlight is where your message stalls or travels.
perfect doesn’t drip.
it doesn’t stain.
it doesn’t leave a mark.

Paint The Town is where you practice the courage, audacity and authenticity required to get paid for your passion and be wet for life as you do it.

Dry p🐱ssy energy can only get us so far ladies!
voice, visibility, and stage presence embodiment for your mission.

For years I thought my relationship with visibility meant I was inconsistent.

🔥I would show up magnetic for a while.
Ideas flowing.
Creative energy high.
Sharing everything.

👻And then suddenly I would want to disappear.

I thought it meant I lacked discipline.
But what I eventually realized is that visibility is relational.

Everything changes the moment people start watching.

The real question isn’t:
“Can you show up?”

The real question is:
Can you stay present while you’re being seen? 👁️

Because when people say they want to “stop caring what people think”…
that’s actually not what they want.

We all care what ppl think.

We just don’t want the care to shut us down.
We want to be able to think, speak, create, and respond while people are watching.

That’s a different skill.
And everyone develops a stage attachment pattern around it.

Some people hide.
Some perform.
Some oscillate between magnetic and hermetic.

📖 A TrueRead shows you exactly which pattern you’re operating from, and how to stabilize your relationship with visibility so your best work can actually be seen.

If this post felt uncomfortably accurate…
👉🏾 DM me TRUEREAD to get your reading.

💬 I’m curious: have you noticed yourself doing this hot 🥵 cold 🥶 pattern with visibility?
