I was thinking about posting a video of the workout routine I do at home and the equipment I use, but honestly, I’m a little shy. 😂
I’ve lost over 50 lbs on my journey, and while I still have goals I’m working toward, I’ve learned that physical activity isn’t just good for your body—it’s good for your spirit too.
As empaths, healers, and caregivers, we spend so much time helping others that we often neglect ourselves. Taking care of your body is an act of self-love and self-respect.
Maybe I’ll even start sharing some of the foods I eat, my favorite meal prep ideas, and the simple things that are helping me create a healthier lifestyle.
