We’re landing the week on a high note! Our Life+ Week wrapped up with a wonderful Health & Wellness Fair, bringing residents and vendors together to celebrate healthy living, connection, and well-being.

From exploring vendor booths to discovering new resources and connecting with our wellness partners, our residents enjoyed a day full of learning, fun, and inspiration!

✈️ Life + Nutrition: Eat Well, Live Well!

Our Life Plus wellness journey continued with a delicious live cooking demonstration from our talented Executive Chef Cyril!

Chef Cyril shared insights about the MIND Diet and the benefits of healthy eating, then prepared a delicious grain bowl featuring quinoa and farro, fresh sautéed vegetables, lean chicken breast, and a variety of specialty sauces. Yum… it was delicious!

Healthy eating never tasted so good! We’re nourishing our bodies and minds as we continue our journey to FLY FIRST CLASS with Life Plus!

Our Memory Care residents are embracing all four Life Plus pillars—Movement, Connection, Nutrition & Longevity—and today, it was all about making movement FUN!

Our fun dance class was led by David, our Plant Ops Director, and Cindy, our Memory Care Program Coordinator. Together, they had everyone moving, smiling, and enjoying the moment!

Because wellness isn’t just about how we move—it’s about how we connect, nourish, and live well at every stage of life. 💙

The Village at Gleannloch Farms Choir took center stage today with favorite songs from Give My Regards to Broadway—and they brought the house down!

With a huge crowd in attendance, our talented residents filled the room with music, smiles, and plenty of Broadway spirit. What a show!
