I believe healing begins when people feel truly seen, heard, and accepted without judgment. My passion is creating a safe, compassionate space where others can reconnect with themselves through sound healing, fascia release, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and trauma-informed coaching.
My greatest teacher has been my own life. I have walked through addiction, alcoholism, codependency, anxiety, depression, insomnia, attention challenges, and profound mental health struggles. Those experiences taught me resilience, humility, and the importance of meeting every person with love instead of labels. While my journey has included diagnoses, I choose not to let them define who I am. Instead, they have deepened my empathy and strengthened my commitment to helping others discover hope and healing.
One of the most overlooked pieces of healing is the body itself. Fascia stores the effects of stress, trauma, and emotional experiences, and when we gently restore movement, breath, and awareness, many people reconnect with parts of themselves they thought were lost. My work combines fascia-focused movement, nervous system regulation, sound healing, meditation, and compassionate conversation to help people feel safe in their own bodies again.
Whether someone is navigating recovery, trauma, grief, anxiety, life transitions, or simply longing for a deeper connection with themselves, my goal is to walk beside them—not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone who understands the courage it takes to keep going.
Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about remembering who you were before fear, pain, and shame convinced you otherwise. My purpose is to help people rediscover that light, one breath, one moment, and one compassionate step at a time.
