If you're carrying loss, change, or missing who you were before, try this.

What you need:
Notebook or phone โ€ข 5 minutes โ€ข Privacy

What to do:
1. Start: "I haven't said this out loud, but I miss..."
2. Write without stopping. No editing. Just truth.
3. Read it back slowly. Notice how naming it feels.
4. Done. You don't have to share it or do anything else.

Try this tool once a week for a month. Notice what shifts.
