I may be a little biased, but taking a childbirth class? 10/10 😌

This November will be my 12th HypnoBirthing class this year! I’ve used these tools in my own births, and as a doula, I’ve supported families through real birth moments in different settings. I bring both experiences with me when I teach 🥰

We’ll learn breathing and relaxation, help your partner find their role, and talk through questions you may not even know you have yet. I love seeing couples realize, “Oh! I hadn’t even considered that!” And then walking feeling truly confident and prepared.

Five years ago, while preparing for my first birth, I learned HypnoBirthing. I thought I was learning about birth, and I ended up learning how to come back to myself through relaxation.

I learned to be and feel calm within my body, to breathe in a way that supports my nervous system, and to find my center at any given time. These tools helped me conquer two wonderful births, and I find myself reaching for them so many times in motherhood, and as a doula too.

This has definitely shaped the mother I am, the way I support families as a doula and motherhood coach, and my desire to share these tools with other moms.

You’re definitely worth it! 💗

The accountability. The support.The reassurance. The space holding. The preparation. The education. The advocacy. The resources. The calm presence. The comfort measures. The partner support. The reminders that you have options. The voice reminding you that you can do this. The person who knows your wishes before you’re too deep in labor to explain them. The steady support when things don’t go according to plan.

And sometimes, simply having someone there who knows birth, knows you, and isn’t afraid of the intensity of the moment.

Doula support is sooo much more than showing up when labor start 💗

You’re not asking for “too much” for wanting that kind of support.

You’re definitely worth it!!! 💗

This is what I hear in many of my conversations with moms 😮‍💨💗

Not every mom feels this way about her birth experience. But some do.

Maybe you wish you had felt more prepared.
More informed.
More connected to your mind & body.
More confident in your choices.

And if that’s you, maybe this is your reminder that this time around, you can do things differently.

Not because you did anything wrong the first time, but because now you know more about what you need, what matters to you, and how you want to feel as you prepare to meet your new baby.

Several things were accomplished yesterday! 💕

We got together for a much needed hug and catch up.
We got the photoshoot done.
We had an absolute blast.

But more than anything, it was such a wonderful reminder of our purpose and how significant it is that we get to do this work collectively 💕

To support each other. To learn from each other. To grow together. And to be each other’s support system on a deeper, more personal level.

There’s something really special about knowing that while we’re out there supporting families, we also have each other to lean on.

I love these ladies so much! 💕

Oh my goodness!!!! I just realized I’ve taught 11 HypnoBirthing courses this year between private and group classes. ELEVEN. 🥹💕

I truly can’t believe I get to do this!… walking alongside families as they prepare to meet their babies is such a joy. Every single class I teach brings me so much happiness. And somehow, I start every class saying, This is my favorite class! 😂 But I really mean it every time 💖🥹

I teach HypnoBirthing because I truly believe in its power. I’ve experienced it in my own births, and I’ve had the privilege of witnessing what these tools can do for so many of the families I’ve been blessed to support.

My intention is for more families to know that birth can be empowering. That they can feel supported, loved, nurtured, and deeply connected through this experience.

This truly is my calling 💖

And when I think about all the HypnoBirthing courses still to come and all the families I haven’t even met yet, I already feel grateful for you!!! 💕
