Speaking of Hope

Speaking of Hope

Recovery is real! And it is even easier when you have others to share hope with.

Speaking of Hope is more than a web site, but a canvas for expression and a toolbox of valuable resources. It was created by young adults with lived mental health experience for young adults. It is a place to share helpful tools, inspire confidence, and connect with others in a safe, anonymous way.

Happy Pride Month πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆπŸ³οΈβ€βš§οΈ

This month is about celebrating q***r and trans identity, honoring the people who made space for us, and continuing to build community that feels safe and affirming.

For young adults especially, Pride month can be a great time to connect with local q***r resources, mental health supports, and spaces that help you feel less alone. Swipe for some local q***r mental health and community resources that we love. If we missed anyone, tag them in the comments!

Whether you’re looking for community, care, joy, or just a place where you can show up as yourself, we hope this month brings you closer to what you need.
