Hi everyone, I wanted to share that I’m going through a deeply personal loss right now. My heart is very heavy, and I need to step away from work for a little while to grieve and take care of myself.

Practiced sprints today. My stride, rotation, and leg pump feel differently than a year and half ago when i filmed some gait footage of me running on a tradmill. I would not even call that running today.
All thanks to for developing the skills for me to understand and correct my body mechanics to the best of my abilities.
Still so much to achieve but the very fact that I am running with zero pain, zero coughing, and feeling my body move through space is nothing short of a miracle in my eyes. I’d thought I’d never run again. Never say never.
