INTRODUCING: NAMASTE AWAKE

I'm asked pretty often what I drink personally, and if you've ever seen me at a market with my Stanley French press, now you know! (Yes, they make travel French presses, and yes, they're awesome. 🙌)

Namaste Awake has been my go-to blend for a while now, and it's finally time to share it with you!

Made with yerba mate, holy basil (tulsi), hibiscus, rosehips, and lemon balm, this is my take on a little get-up-and-go with a smoother, more grounded vibe. The yerba mate brings the caffeine, while the other herbs bring their own bright, earthy, and lemony flavors to the cup.

It's for those mornings when you need to hit the ground running, those days when you've been dealing with things nonstop, and those moments when you need to take a breath, reset, and keep moving without letting every little thing get to you.

Mark your calendars!

You can find us at the Fort at No.4 in Charlestown, NH on Saturday the 14th.

Then the kickoff of the Ludlow Winter Farmers Market the next day, Sunday November 15th. It will be located at the Ludlow Elementary school gym.

Have you heard of White Willow Bark?

Used for centuries in traditional herbal medicine, white willow bark contains salicin, a natural compound related to aspirin's active ingredient. The body converts salicin into salicylic acid, which is part of the reason white willow bark has traditionally been used to help with minor aches, pains, and inflammation.

Think of it as nature's connection to one of today's well-known pain relievers! You can use it as a tincture, or topically.

Fun little fact about me...

I LOVE to take pictures, especially of mushrooms! Between birds, trees, flowers, historical architecture and landscapes, i'm a difficult person to adventure with. I stop constantly 😆

This was a good season and these are only some of the pictures flooding my camera roll.

THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING WEEKEND!

We had a very successful weekend and celebrated our last outside market!

A HUGE thank you to my family and friends who jumped in right when I needed them. I'm not one to ask for help, or admit when I need it. So those close to me know not to offer, just show up.

I had a moment of reflection yesterday morning while driving to Ludlow, and I was reminded just how beautiful life truly is. The little moments, the big moments, and all the moments in between. I notice them, appreciate them, and feel grateful for every single bit of it.

I also thought about just how many people are rooting for me. From those watching over me in heaven, to the Cape, to our wonderful local community. The love, support, kind words, and encouragement mean more than I could ever put into words, and I never take any of it for granted.

This little business truly is a labor of love, built with a whole lot of thought, hard work, and care. To have the opportunities i've been given, to see this idea grow, and to feel so much support along the way is something I will never stop being grateful for. ❤️

I'm regrouping this week, doing inventory, all the fun desk duties, and getting some home projects done before the snow flies soon enough.

Our next pop-up is at Mt. Ascutney Hospital in a few weeks!
