We love hearing from you, our patients! But we kindly ask that for acute or urgent medical needs during office hours, please call our office directly rather than sending a patient portal message, text, or social media message. Our staff is busy and sometimes we don't see these messages until the end of the day. Calling our office ensures that we receive your message immediately and get you the care you need!
We also ask that you give us a 48 hour notice for refills. This will ensure we have plenty of time to send in your medications and that you do not run out.
