Lucy has had an exciting weekend! Two other families with children who have SMARD came to see us in St. Louis, and we had the best time! We all went to the zoo on Friday, where we got to see lots of our favorite animals and feed a giraffe! Then we spent Saturday at the pool. Lucy loved spending so much time with all the kids (and doing her favorite two activities in one weekend was pretty great too!)

Friday was a HUGE day for Lucy — her first field trip! We joined her kindergarten class for a trip to Big Joel’s Safari to see some animals… but Lucy’s favorite part was riding the BUS! She has been saying “beep beep” ever since. She was so excited 🥰
