♥️🙌 we had the best help with the Kickstart a Healthy Future: Sports & Drug Prevention for Youth yesterday! Thanks to O'Fallon Missouri Police Department for grilling, SSM Health - St. Louis for donating the food and Rise Up Transitional Resources and the St. Charles County Public Health for working hard to serve it up! Such a great team!!!!! ♥️

If there’s a grill at a community event, you know you’ll find Officer Sid and Officer Bob there!

They volunteered to cook up hundreds of hamburgers and hot dogs this weekend at an event held by Rise Up Transitional Resources and CRUSH of St. Charles County.

The beautiful weather made for a great family event, offering fun for kids through sports and substance use prevention.

Beautiful day, incredible people, and so much LOVE! It was a true gift to be a part of the Barnes-Jewish St. Peters and Progress West Walk for Hope event! Congratulations to all who worked to make today such a success! Team members of CRUSH of St. Charles County, Addiction is Real and PreventEd were too busy giving out hugs, narcan, locking bags, friendship bracelets, invites to join the coalition AND to attend the Sunday, May 3 Kickstart a Healthy Future event; we forgot to take photos, but HUNDREDS attended! ❤️🙌

The messages kids hear about food and their bodies add up fast. What they see, what they hear, and what they believe about themselves all start to shape their confidence in ways we don’t always realize. Join pediatrician and author Dr. Lauren Hartman on June 3 for a conversation that helps shift the focus from pressure and perfection to balance, confidence, and self-worth. You’ll walk away with simple, practical ways to talk about food, model healthy habits, and support kids in feeling good in their own bodies. Save your spot today and be part of the conversation that can help kids grow up confident, secure, and comfortable in who they are: https://loom.ly/4kBDmg8

But they can be dangerous. Here’s how to help your kids stay safe:
🍬 Store gummies up, away, and out of sight, preferably in a locked box or cabinet.
🍬 Never call gummy medicines “candy”.
🍬 Keep gummies in their original container.
