Are you tired 😒of talking with your friends and partner and feeling like you get nowhere- that they don't listen?? Some days it looks like they just went blank and cannot understand😳 what you are saying?
When you hear them start speaking and just close off 😡, it keeps a cycle of pretend communication going.

Wouldn't you LOVE ❤️ to be able to have an actual conversation with your spouse? What would it look like if you were on the same page 📖 in any discussion you had with anyone!!??? What a joy 😃it would be to STOP arguing! and Start CONNECTING!
