I can’t stay quiet any longer.

I’ve been doing this work too long to keep watching the BS in the spiritual industry go unchecked. 🙅‍♀️

Too many people are being harmed by untrained facilitators, whether it’s emotionally, mentally, or energetically.

Holding space is a *skill*. It’s not a vibe, an aesthetic, or a set of crystal bowls. When someone walks into your session, your circle, or your retreat, they’re trusting you with their nervous system. That deserves education, experience, and real discernment.

So, I’m starting to call it out.

Every time I travel, I have bigger ideas for my life and business. There’s something about getting out of your usual environment that helps you expand. You see things differently, feel inspired, and start thinking about what else is possible.

We did an abundance manifestation with Millions | Manifesting | Magic this morning. The hotel we are staying at she was here 1 week ago doing her mastermind retreat. This hotel is women owned by a badass named Daisy. All is a reflection to show us what is possible. And talk about an abundance of avocado 🥑 🤣

Sometimes you can’t explain how God works in your life. You just have to follow where He leads. 🤍

After more than a week in quaint, quiet, and peaceful Hoi An, Jessika Harrison wanted to go to Ho Chi Minh City. I agreed, with no idea what I was getting into.

It was a big city. It was loud. Busy. There was music from outdoor dj concerts blaring across the street into our rooms. We were staying on the 19th floor, and I’m terrified of heights. I hated it. All of it. I couldn’t wait to leave.

I kept asking, “Why am I here?” There has to be a reason.

Then Jessika came back from the hair salon. She’d had an amazing conversation with the owner, who invited her to church on Sunday—the day we were supposed to leave for Kuala Lumpur.

“I’m canceling my flight tomorrow,” she told me.

WHAT. 😤

The next morning, she invited me to church too. I was still hesitant, so I asked how far away it was.

“It’s in the building.” (No excuses)

So I went. And I’m so glad I did.

We met some of the most incredible people with incredible stories. Especially the women with such deep, strong faith. 🕊️They prayed over us and prophesied over us and told us about all the women and people we’ll touch through our lives. It was in this moment I realized, Oh. This is why we’re here…

I’ll share more soon. 🤍 For now, I’m sitting with how beautifully God can redirect us in our lives—even when we can’t see the reason why. (And even being in a place I couldn’t wait to leave.)

In my happy place. 🤗🥰😍

These bowls have traveled the world with me. They spent three months in Thailand, joined me for two retreats in Costa Rica, traveled to Bali twice—and now they’ve shared their sound here in Vietnam. 🇻🇳✨

When I first learned sound healing, I never imagined where this work would take me. I simply knew how deeply sound affected me and that I felt called to share it with others.

Since then, these bowls have supported healing, connection, rest, and transformation in rooms and retreat spaces around the world.

I’m so grateful for the life I’ve created, the places this work has taken me, and everything that is still ahead. I’m continually reminded that when we follow what truly calls us, the path can unfold in ways far greater than we ever imagined. 🤍

Arrival day at the Vietnam Luxury Reset 🤍

We checked into our pool villa and went straight to the spa. Priorities.

The 90 minute wellness journey starts with a holistic assessment of what your body actually needs. Mine said I have a lot of yang and fire energy and need to rest and calm my mind. Lol. Called out on day one.

Then the in-house apothecary blends herbs based on what your body and mind need. Hammam steam room after that, herbal scrub and it ends with a Vietnamese massage. Genuinely one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had.

That evening we had our welcome ceremony with the girls. Intention setting, journaling, dinner together, and sleep tea to end the night.

Also love that this hotel is eco luxury. Beautiful and thoughtful.

There’s an art to creating a retreat that actually transforms you. ❤️‍🔥

It’s not about filling every hour with another workshop, excursion, healing session, or activity.

It’s about the journey.
✨Knowing when people need to rest.
✨When they’re ready to connect.
✨When enough trust has been built to go deeper.
✨When they need space to integrate.
✨And when it’s time to let loose and have FUN.

I’ve been planning and coordinating events for over 15 years and retreats for over 6, and designing this arc is still one of my favorite parts of what I do. Because I’ve seen what happens when you create the right environment for transformation.

My absolute favorite part is after the retreat seeing you return home a little (or a lot) different than when you came. 🥰

Hi all! If you’re new here, I wanted to officially introduce myself. ❤️‍🔥

I’m Katie, the founder of Elevate Healing Events, a Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher, Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher, Soundbath Facilitator and Trainer, Retreat Leader, Event Producer, and Business Mentor for healers.

My background is in nutrition, hospitality, and event production, and I’ve spent more than 15 years creating meaningful experiences and bringing people together. Since 2020, I’ve devoted my life and business to healing work, leading transformational trainings, retreats, events, and mentorship experiences around the world.

There is nothing I love more than holding space for women to step more fully into their power. It’s the golden thread that runs through everything I do.
