Join us for Milk & Mind: A Mother’s Gathering, a supportive and nurturing Mother’s Day event designed to honor and uplift mothers in all stages of their feeding journeys.
Held at The Doula Lab in Belleville, this gathering offers a welcoming space for breastfeeding and pumping support, along with mindfulness and grounding practices to help you reconnect with yourself and your body.
Facilitated by:

Chazz Carr, IBCLC, providing compassionate lactation support
Ronda Smith Branch, NBC-HWC, guiding mindfulness and grounding practices

Whether you are breastfeeding, pumping, combo feeding, or simply seeking connection, all feeding journeys are welcome. Come as you are, bring your questions, and enjoy a relaxed morning focused on care, community, and support.
