Been a bit since I created new workout videos but it was requested this week in one of my yoga classes so thought I’d share some oldies but goodies. The nice thing is that in between classes you can do at home as much as you would like.

This class is a gentle restorative yoga designed for all bodies.

I have had the joy of seeing students that had a hard time getting to the floor now get up and down with ease, and students who had regular lower hip or back problems be pain free.

The Kids Classes are active and at the same time relaxing while teaching kids the basics of yoga with yoga games and fun kid friendly breathing exercises.
