Well-trained teams are better equipped to provide consistent, individualized support that promotes independence, dignity, safety, opportunity, and quality of life.

Training shouldn't simply help employees become better at their jobs. It should create a meaningful difference in the lives of the people receiving services.

That’s the outcome that matters.

Reducing challenging behavior may be part of the work, but it shouldn't be the finish line.

Success should also mean greater independence, more choices, stronger relationships, meaningful community participation, new skills, and more opportunities to build a life that matters to the individual.

We have to measure what truly matters.
