A Personal Announcement from Sound Access:
After much thought and consideration, I’m sharing some bittersweet news: I will be retiring from Sound Access effective September 30, 2026, for medical reasons.
For the past 10 years, it has been an incredible privilege to serve the St. Louis community. What started as a vision for providing personalized hearing healthcare and hearing loss prevention and preservation became something so much more meaningful because of the people I had the opportunity to meet and care for along the way.
To every patient who trusted me with their hearing, every musician and music professional who trusted me with their most important piece of gear, every colleague who referred someone my way, and every person who supported Sound Access over the years—thank you. Your trust, support, referrals, and friendship have meant more to me than I can put into words.
For those who have been patients of Sound Access, I want you to know that I am working to make this transition as smooth as possible.
👂Hearing aid patients: I am referring patients to the Hearing Up Network for continued hearing aid care and support. HearingUp www.hearingup.com
🎶 Music industry patients: I am pleased to refer you to Dr. Brynne Stevens at the Center for Advanced Medicine. Dr. Stevens is an up-and-coming music audiologist, and I am confident she will be a wonderful resource for your continued hearing healthcare. 314-362-7489
My Sound Access phone and email will also remain active for a period of time following my retirement, and I will continue to help with needs that can be addressed by phone or email whenever I am able.
St. Louis, thank you for an amazing 10 years. Thank you for allowing me to do work I truly loved and for welcoming Sound Access into your lives. ❤️
With gratitude,
London
