When work stress follows you home, it stops being just a bad week. It becomes constant tension, restless nights, and a growing sense that you're running on empty.

That's not a personal failure. But it may be a sign that something in your work life needs to change, and it's okay to ask for help figuring out what that looks like. Therapy gives you space to sort through the overwhelm, set clearer boundaries, and process the conflict or uncertainty you're carrying.

You don't have to navigate this alone. You can reconnect with what matters to you professionally, and take steps that feel manageable. Let us help.

Fear has a way of shrinking your world without you noticing. It shows up as the job you don't apply for, the conversation you avoid, or the relationship you keep at arm's length. It can feel like a protective instinct, but sometimes it's just an old story repeating itself.

When you bring fear into counseling, you're not trying to make it disappear. You're learning to recognize its voice, understand what it's protecting, and decide whether to follow it. That shift, from being controlled by fear to being curious about it, is where real change begins.

You don't have to conquer fear overnight. You just need a space to understand what it's revealing. That's what we're here for.

When a client tells us their therapist helped them through a whole season of life, we feel that deeply. This review from Damon is a reminder that real change happens when someone truly listens and meets you where you are.

Damon shared that his counselor, Josh, was patient, funny, and direct when it mattered most. He also mentioned how Josh showed him evidence of his progress when he couldn't see it himself, and helped him learn to use the tools that actually work.

If you're looking for a therapist who will help you move toward your next chapter, we'd love to match you with someone who fits. Reach out today to start.

Sound Familiar?

You rehearse the conversation three times before you arrive. You worry about saying the wrong thing, being judged, or freezing up when it's your turn to speak. By the time you're actually there, you're so focused on how you're coming across that you can barely be present.

That constant self-monitoring is exhausting. It can make you avoid the people and moments that matter, and it can leave you feeling like something is wrong with you. But social anxiety isn't a personality flaw. It's a pattern your mind learned as a way to protect you, and it can be unlearned.

In therapy, you can slow that pattern down. Instead of trying to be perfect in every social moment, you can practice self-compassion, tolerate discomfort, and build the skills to connect more freely. You don't have to keep performing. You can just be there.

Let us help.

Ever wonder what you're actually paying for when you see a therapy rate? At Change, Inc., our rates page is more than a list of fees. It's a reflection of the care behind every session.

Your investment supports a real-person intake process, same-day callbacks, and counselors who are experienced, personally therapized, and committed to building a strong therapeutic bond. That bond is what research shows truly drives change.

We're upfront about costs because we're upfront about care. No hidden fees, no interns, just honest, human-centered support designed to help you move toward the life you want.

If you've ever thought, "I just need to try harder," only to feel exhausted and stuck again, this is for you. ADHD isn't about being lazy or undisciplined. It's a different wiring that affects how you focus, organize, and even how you feel.

What often gets missed is the emotional weight. The frustration when motivation won't show up, the shame from impulsive moments, the overwhelm of a to-do list that feels impossible. Those feelings aren't weaknesses. They're part of how ADHD shows up in your life.

Therapy is a place to understand your specific wiring, not to fix a checklist. Together, we can explore how ADHD affects you and find practical, grounded ways to move forward. You're not broken, and you don't have to figure this out alone.
