From start to finish, DEKA FIT Philly was jammed packed full of so many races and so many amazing memories! I got third in DEKA FIT Ruck and shaved a minute off my time, I ran DEKA FIT teams with my youngest son and then did a 4 person team with DEKA FIT!
We didn’t stop all weekend and it was such a good time!
I can’t wait to do it again💪🏼!

Wow… DEKA FIT Philly was a complete SUCCESS… Let’s Flex It was there in full effect and it was such an amazing experience as a coach! LFI had 12 athletes that competed all weekend in multiple events and everyone did amazing! The coolest part was that we did everything as a team!! I look forward to many more DEKA fitness events as a team!

Check out the AMAZING Finish by Richard and Jody! They were neck and neck the whole race…they have been training so hard and really making a point to show that we can grow stronger as we age and lead the way!! And that’s exactly what they did and they finished so strong! Richard placed 4th and Jody placed 5th in their age group!
I couldn’t be more proud as their coach💪🏼!

I want to personally thank the amazing Flex Farm Crew that helped me put on such amazing event this past Saturday. We had 78 athletes all run through either a DEKA STRONG or DEKA MILE in a short period of time! I would NOT be able to follow my dreams without your support! For real, being an entrepreneur is tough, and even though I have big dreams and big energy, I couldn’t do this without your help and keeping me sane!
Knowing that you support me in this dream and are just willing to help and spread the joy of fitness fills my bucket and motivates me to keep going.
We had a blast and all athletes crossed the finish line feeling accomplished and welcomed! We truly celebrated fitness. I am so grateful for your help and support! I can’t wait for the next one!
