Yesterday, I led my first in-person Soul Journey & Light Language Experience for nine incredible women.
One thing that became so clear to me is that many of us don’t fully realize the wisdom, strength, and intuition we carry within us until we create the space to truly reconnect with ourselves.
I’ll be honest, I felt fear and anxiousness leading an event for people who have never heard of/ experienced Light Language before. Thoughts like, “What will they think of me?” “What if I ruin their experience?” and “Am I crazy for even attempting this?” all crossed my mind.
Then I asked myself different questions.
What if I’m introducing them to something that resonates deeply with them? What if I’m simply opening a door to an experience they’re ready to explore? What if this inspires them to become more curious about themselves and their own journey?
I’m so grateful I listened to that quieter voice instead of my fear.
Together, we explored themes of speaking our truth, embracing authenticity, practicing self-compassion, and reconnecting with ourselves. Each person’s journey unfolded in its own unique way. Some experienced vivid imagery, some connected through feelings or inner knowing, and others received insights that were meaningful to them.
I feel incredibly honored to have held space for these women and to have shared this experience with them. As much as I guided the journey, this experience became part of my own journey too.
Thank you to everyone who trusted me enough to be there. This is just the beginning, and I’m excited to see where Shereen Soul Space continues to grow. 🦋
