✨ WHAT IS QUIGONG?
Qigong (pronounced "chee-gung") is an ancient Chinese wellness practice that combines gentle, intentional movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and focused meditation. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, it translates to "life-energy cultivation" to optimize physical, mental, and spiritual health. People practice qigong to balance their vital energy, remove energetic blockages, and promote self-healing.
