🧘Practice will focus on poses to help with digestion. Dr. Gong will join for the 2nd half of the class for acupuncture to open the channels in your body to support digestion

🧘‍♀️Open to ALL (ages 16 & up), including beginners and those new to yoga or the studio. You don't have to currently practice at the studio to attend. No yoga experience needed.

👉Please bring yoga mat, hand towel & water bottle, along with yoga blocks, pillow, bolster or cushion and blanket to be comfortable
