We’re Hiring at Hillside Residential Living!🌟

Are you reliable, punctual, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities? Hillside is looking for dedicated team members who are ready to work their scheduled hours, show up on time, and bring their best to our community every day.

💡 Let’s Be Honest: This position isn’t for everyone. Supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities can be challenging, but for the right person, it’s one of the most rewarding experiences you’ll ever have.

Certifications need : PCA certification , DCA certification or CNA certification, RMA ( mediation aide) registered through the board of nursing.

Shifts for Dca, pca, or cna would be 6pm-6am or 10pm-6am & third shift every other weekend.
Shift for RMA would vary!
Paid vacation after one year
Yearly bonuses
Overtime pay on holiday

Cook help needed ALSO!!
•12 hour shifts
•6am - 6pm
•two days off per week
•every other weekend

Have an old table you don’t have the space for anymore or you want to get rid of and don’t have anyway to haul it? Hillside is looking for a good size dining room table for our social hall. We have one that was gifted to us and held up so good until it broke recently.

We will come pick up and haul away! We are looking for a donation if possible or something cheap. This is used for our social workers to meet with our residents , our employees “break room” and more. We appreciate anything you want to send us we can schedule for pickup if we believe the table will work for us! ( the room is not that big so size does matter )

The residents were absolutely thrilled, and the atmosphere was filled with laughter and joy. It was clear that this event was a highlight for everyone involved. “ Santa baby is coming to hillside very soon”

Please if you have adopted a resident for the Christmas holiday we are asking to have gifts in no later then Monday evening if possible, this will allow us to ensure that everyone has a gift to open Christmas morning.

This is the second year we have had the community help us and we cannot even begin to express how grateful we are for each and every person who has helped us. If anyone can’t drop off there gift please get with myself Lindsay lowe or Taylor Shover to arrange a meet up.

🎄Christmas Angel Tree 🎄

We have 53 residents here at hillside in need of Christmas gifts, we have filled out Christmas list for each resident. We had great success last year with the community helping us making these residents feel special on Christmas Day!

Many have no families and are in need of clothes , shoes , winter jackets and basic necessities. Most are on a fixed income and unfortunately don’t have enough Monday to get the basic things they need.
