What if the symbol you're drawn to is inviting you into a deeper conversation?

Margaret Lindsey shares that the symbols we feel called toward are more than beautiful images. They can become doorways to greater awareness, helping us see ourselves and the world in new ways.

As we spend time with a symbol—reflecting on it, creating with it, and returning to it over time—it begins to reveal layers of meaning we couldn't have seen before. What first appeared to be an image gradually becomes a trusted guide.

✨ Sometimes the greatest discoveries begin with the quiet decision to pay attention.
Have you ever felt unexpectedly drawn to a particular symbol or image? We'd love to hear what it meant to you.

What if the world has been speaking to you all along?

Margaret Lindsey invites us to consider that symbols aren't just ideas. They are living doorways into deeper ways of seeing.

In this conversation, she explores how archetypes and symbols can help us understand ourselves, navigate life's transitions, and connect with wisdom that often lies just beyond our ordinary awareness. Like learning a new language, it takes attention, curiosity, and practice, but the rewards can be profound.
Maybe the world isn't silent. Perhaps we've simply forgotten how to listen.

✨ Have you ever had a symbol, image, or recurring dream keep showing up in your life? We'd love to hear your experience.

The Sacred Weaving of Your Life
Caption:
Have you ever looked back and realized that certain people entered your life at exactly the right time?
Darlene Hunter describes it as a sacred weaving.
Instead of trying to control every step, she invites us to stay curious, listen deeply, and trust the threads that life places before us one conversation, one relationship, and one quiet invitation at a time.
Looking back, many of us can see a pattern we never could have planned.
✨ Has there been someone who appeared in your life at just the right moment and changed your path? We'd love to hear your story.

Enlightenment Is an Act of Unselfishness
Devotion in Motion is a new podcast exploring the stories, practices, and inner callings that shape a life of devotion.
In Episode 1, we sit down with Jyoti Ma, internationally respected spiritual teacher and founder of the Center for Sacred Studies, who shares a teaching on why enlightenment may be the most unselfish act we can do.
She describes it like a crystal. Each part of the work we do on our path home adds a single drop, and drop by drop, the crystal begins to form. It brings us back to full presence. It brings us home to ourselves.
Jyoti Ma reflects that when we reach that state of enlightenment, that place of self-realization, it is a sacred act of selflessness. Seven generations before us and seven generations behind us receive the healing in that moment. That is what loving yourself can bring.

The Wisdom of the Grandmothers
What if the wisdom we most need has been quietly waiting for us all along?
In this moving excerpt from Devotion in Motion, Darlene Hunter reflects on a series of dreams, inner promptings, and quiet synchronicities that eventually led to the formation of the International Council of 13 Indigenous Grandmothers.
Before there was a council, there was simply a message that kept returning: "When the grandmothers speak, humanity will remember who we are."
Rather than trying to force the next step, Darlene and her community did something beautifully simple: they kept listening.
Sometimes the greatest transformations don't begin with certainty. They begin with a whisper that grows impossible to ignore.
✨ Watch this inspiring moment and discover why listening may be one of the most important spiritual practices of our time.

Eagle and Condor Prophecy
What if one of the world's oldest prophecies has something to say about the times we're living in today?
In this short excerpt from Devotion in Motion, internationally respected spiritual teacher Jyoti Ma shares the Eagle and Condor Prophecy, an ancient teaching that speaks of a time when humanity would move from separation toward partnership, and from domination toward balance.
According to the prophecy, the Eagle represents the gifts of the mind, vision, and innovation. The Condor carries the wisdom of the heart, relationship, and the sacred. After generations apart, they are destined to fly together once again, signaling the beginning of a new era.
Whether you see this as prophecy, metaphor, or timeless wisdom, its message invites us to ask an important question:
What would it mean for the wisdom of the mind and the wisdom of the heart to work together?

Herbs in Mom's Garden
Devotion in Motion is a new podcast exploring the stories, practices, and inner callings that shape a life of devotion.
In Episode 2, we sit down with Darlene Hunter, Spiritual Director of the Center for Sacred Studies, who reflects on the gifts, teachings, and mystery school she has helped carry forward to support people in waking up to their most authentic selves.
Darlene shares a teaching close to her heart: we are all amazing herbs in Mom's garden, and each of us needs to be fully our own herb, fully who we are, so that the stew she is weaving has the chance to come alive, and so that we can embrace that weaving as it embraces us.
She reflects on the educational programs offered through the Center for Sacred Studies, rooted in cross-cultural practice and protecting Indigenous ways of life and prayer. She describes how elders came to hold ceremony, and how respect, relationship, reciprocity, and responsibility became the spiritual guidelines that continue to shape this work.

Gaia and the Intelligence of the Heart
Listen deeply. Take time to sit in nature and simply listen, and you will begin to hear her whisper.

In this moment from our conversation with Jyoti Ma, internationally respected spiritual teacher, she speaks of the wound that cut our spirit from the spirit of Mother Gaia, the living source that speaks to us constantly. There are miracles happening every day, but we closed our eyes and stuffed our ears to them.

When we begin to wake, the shutters fall away from our eyes and our ears, and our hearts open. An intelligence within the heart will light our way and bring each of us exactly to the place that will light us up the brightest.
