& give them something to talk about

🧡Happy first of the month! Yesterday, we completely reset our space, locking in our protection, and transmuting any negative energy or evil eye straight into pure abundance.

Here is a breakdown of the September 1st rituals to welcome in the new month:

🚪 Cleansing the Threshold: blowing cinnamon and salts through the doorway followed by Washing the front door with cinnamon water, to seal in protection and invite fast luck.

🍲 The Simmer Pot: Filling the air with high-vibe, warming intentions to clear out any lingering heavy energy from August.

🕯️ The Ritual Candle:
•Dressing our green taper candle for continuous financial growth and steady flow throughout the month ahead
•sandalwood oil for deep grounding and removing old blocks as the new month begins
•rosemary for protection against those who don’t wish us success
•cinnamon for speed, gold flakes for wealth,
•labradorite to shift obstacles into opportunities.

Luna with Love is still here, just operating remotely now. ✨

And my love for community has grown into something new: The Cottage of Healing & Restoration Foundation, a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit. 🌿

Two separate organizations. Two different purposes. One very full heart. 🤍

I’m still here. Still creating. Still serving. Still growing.

Just wearing a few different hats these days. 🎩✨

Our nonprofit is growing, and we’re looking for volunteers, board members & amazing people who want to help build something beautiful for our community. 🌙✨

Sniffle season🤧= Tea time☕️🌱✨

Mix up some of your favorite teas and herbs and see what blends you come up with.
I used a ginger tea bag and added loss leaf chamomile, peppermint, lemon grass.

🔺Be careful make sure the herbs are safe to mix together.

🔺One practical note: these are traditional wellness and spiritual associations, not medical treatments.

🔺Ginger and peppermint can bother some people’s stomachs or interact with certain conditions/medications.

🔺Chamomile can be an issue for people with allergies to ragweed-family plants.

Sometimes the storm outside feels like a mirror for what’s happening within. 🌩️✨

This morning, I watched the sky release what it could no longer hold… and it reminded me of something we often forget:

Release is not weakness.
Crying is not weakness.
Starting over is not weakness.

Sometimes you have to let the emotions move through you before you can make room for peace.

The storm passes.
The air feels different.
And somehow, there is room to breathe again. 🌿

Maybe that’s the lesson:

You don’t have to hold everything you’ve been carrying.

Release. Reflect. Realign.
Then begin again. 🌙
