Not everything that sounds like truth deserves your belief.

Dolores Cannon’s message points to something we can easily overlook: you have the ability to think for yourself, trust your discernment, and decide what you believe.

Discernment is one of the most valuable tools we have. It allows us to question what we’re told, listen to our intuition, and recognize that what feels true for one person may not feel true for another. Our personal truths won’t always align, and they don’t have to.

Empowerment begins when we stop handing our authority to others and start participating consciously in our own lives. We aren’t here simply to accept what we’re given. We have the capacity to question, explore, learn, and discover for ourselves.

When you encounter something that challenges what you believe, do you immediately accept it, reject it, or give yourself the space to discern what feels true for you?
