A big shout out to bumblebeessuffolk today!

With a toddler and a 7 year old, I sometimes struggle in half terms to find activities which suit the pair of them together.

Bumblebees helped bridge that age gap today, with their 0-7 sessions running this week! My two had an absolute ball and were entertained the whole time.

The spooky themed trays were great, and we even made a super cute handprint keepsake - the kind of thing I never seem to find time to organise at home, but something I’ll keep forever!

And it just goes to show, you’re never too old for a bit of messy play 🫟 😊

No more babies for me, but one of our new kittens is making me reconsider putting the slings on Vinted! 🤣

Another lesson from nature that touch and closeness is as innate to our little ones as breathing 🥰

They don’t care about things being perfect - all they need is you, however you’re showing up today.

Starting Monday 2 November at Monks Eleigh Village Hall, this one’s proving really popular, with only two spaces left! Could one of them have your name on it?

Baby massage is a wonderful opportunity to bond with your baby and learn techniques to support sleep, relaxation and connection.

Classes of 6 give you a chance to meet others while still receiving individual support, and you’ll be taught by a certified massage therapist and mum-of-two who has been in your shoes and makes sure everyone feels welcome, valued, and supported.

Course fee: £55 - includes refreshments, oil, and professional handouts.

Baby massage is an incredible bonding opportunity, and can also help your baby’s sleep, digestion, immunity, and development!

On top of that, my course focuses as much on parent wellbeing as they do on baby wellbeing. Expect warm drinks, chocolate biscuits, the opportunity to make friends with other new parents, and discussions that will leave you feeling supported and more confident as a new parent.

Just a little foot massage for my toddler in front of CBeebies yesterday…

(And can we agree on just how cute and squidgy these little tootsies are?!)

Massage with my 2-year-old looks very different to how we did it when she was a baby, but we still do some every day!

Sometimes it looks just like this - some little toe rolls in front of the TV. Sometimes it’s a longer session on her tummy to help with wind and constipation.

The skills you’ll learn on a Tiny Touch Therapy course will stay with you as your little one grows and changes. I’ll show you how to adapt your approach to fit with them, and you’ll still be able to enjoy all the benefits of massage heading right into their teenage years!

The bottom line: it’s not just for babies 👶
