I've been a practicing witch and tarot reader for nearly 20 years and an interfaith minister for a decade. You are not too deep in your past nor are you thinking too far ahead. What you are doing is realizing the power of either memory recall OR use of imagination - both requiring creative visualization.

So you ARE creating at all times. You ARE manifesting. Your mind is a powerhouse, from it, all things respond. You are not living in the past or the future, you are creating from those spaces because you have a good memory or a wonderful imagination. Now, you can learn from those spaces, by healing what they're revealing to you.

Because if your PRESENT is full of struggle, anxiety, anger and so on, it means you're using your creative visualization skills to make that a present reality. What is your memory reminding you of? What is your imagination conjuring and from what place is this being conjured? LEARN from these spaces to improve the present, not harm it.
