Roll ups, but make them work harder 💛

Same roll up you know, now with upper body work and oblique twists layered in. 10 reps each, one yellow spring. The light spring is the point: less help means your core does the lifting, not momentum.

Try it slow. Control the way down as much as the way up.

Help us wish a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY to our Jamie! 🥳💗

If you know Soulfish, you know Jamie. She may be the one giving the amazing massages, but what she brings to this place goes so far beyond the massage room.

Jamie is every bit as much a part of the heart and soul of Soulfish as I am. She’s my friend, my business partner, my sounding board, my “let’s just do it” person, and the one who helps turn all of our crazy ideas into something real. Quite simply, Soulfish wouldn’t be Soulfish without her — and I couldn’t do it without her. ❤️

So today we’re celebrating the woman who keeps our clients relaxed and our plants alive.
