Not everything fits into a nice, neat, clean, pretty box.

Healing is a journey. Along that journey, we may have to face messy parts of our story, be uncomfortable, and want to run from the truths, patterns, and pain we’ve spent years trying to bury.

Sometimes healing is ugly. Sometimes it’s difficult. Sometimes it's exhausting.

And that's okay.

We should allow ourselves to feel, process, and grow through the messiness instead of pretending it doesn't exist.

So, if you're walking through a season that feels heavy, know this: the mud is part of the journey, not the destination. Keep moving toward the light. ✨

Healing isn't about staying clean. Sometimes the flower only blooms after you've gotten your hands dirty with the truth. 💛
