This young lady came in for her adjustment with Dr. Bledsoe and made sure her best friend got one too — because why wouldn't she? She already understands what takes some people a lifetime to figure out: that a healthy nervous system means a better life.

What an incredible group! 🙌
Had the privilege of speaking with the public safety team for the City of O'Fallon, IL today about something that doesn't get talked about enough — the nervous system health of the people who protect and serve our community.

We talked about stress, sleep deprivation, cortisol, and why first responders are some of the most physiologically taxed people on the planet. More importantly, we talked about simple, free tools to start taking their health back — no prescription required.

These men and women show up every single day for all of us. The least we can do is show up for them. 💙

If your organization would like to host a talk on nervous system health and stress resilience, reach out — this is exactly the work I love doing outside the office.
