2024 ➡️ 2025

My word for 2024 was EXPANSION••• with moving back to NY and starting all over in so many ways, I really wanted to expand myself and my ways of thinking and looking back on my board; I’m able to see what I’ve been grateful enough to do last year 🙏🏽

My word for 2025 is ADVANCE••• I am going to advance myself in all the ways from my profession, to my health, to my community and my financial freedom. We’re achieving BIG THINGS THIS YEAR!

Being able to create visual reminders of what I’m manifesting for this year continues to be motivating and inspiring in challenging my limiting beliefs around what can be done in time.

I often have a hard time trusting that people in my life will be there for me. This fear creates different narratives I have thinking I’ll inconvenience them or that we aren’t as close as I think. These past couple of months I’ve been trying to challenge these narratives and have my peeps show up for me and doing the same for them. It’s been a beautiful thing to embrace and be reminded of those in my corner.

I encourage you to challenge yourself next time you’re second guessing reaching out to a friend, just do it. Be open to receiving their love and giving them love. It’s a scary thing to be vulnerable and also incredibly helpful and healing to allow people in.

I’m grateful for my community, no matter where we’re physically located ♥️
