It’s the way a partner’s steady presence can become an anchor in the most intense moments. The hand that’s held through every contraction. The eyes that say “I’m here” when words aren’t needed. The unwavering support that reminds a laboring mother she is safe, strong, and capable.

As a doula, I witness the incredible power of informed, connected partner support. When partners feel prepared and empowered, they’re able to show up fully, creating a birth space rooted in trust, love, and teamwork.

Hello everyone 🌿

I’ve been a little quiet on here lately as I’ve been moving through a season of transition, settling into a new space, and tending to life offline. While I haven’t had as much time to share here recently, I’m looking forward to slowly becoming more present in this space again soon 🤎

In the meantime, I wanted to share some of the most recent placenta prints I’ve had the honor of creating ✨ Each one is completely unique and carries such deep meaning, preserving a small piece of the journey that sustained and nourished your baby throughout pregnancy.

To the little souls who made me a mother 🦋✨
you are the center of my universe.

I stare at you in awe.
I sing to you through the hard days and the beautiful ones.
I orbit around your laughter, your needs, your tiny hands reaching for mine.
And somehow, in loving you, I found parts of myself I never knew existed.

Motherhood has stretched me, softened me, humbled me, and healed me all at once. There is nothing in this world more sacred to me than being your mom.

And to every mother watching this —
the ones in the newborn trenches, the ones raising wild toddlers, loving children they grew themselves or chose with their whole heart, the exhausted mothers, the grieving mothers, the healing mothers, the mothers doing their best quietly every single day…

You are seen.
You are extraordinary.
And the love you pour into your children matters more than words can hold.
