Today, a little over 4 years after opening our doors, we've hit a milestone. We're 100% occupied. But 100%, while a great accomplishment for our team and refective of the passionate work of so many people, was never the real goal. This is where our heart work really takes shape. We have all of our family home, with all of its challenges and all of the love and all of the stories and all of the memories. It's a full house of history and lived experiences and this becomes the real test...holding on to one another through everything that comes our way. Yes, we've hit a milestone, but the work is only beginning, holding on to the joy, the smiles and this great adventure. Our residents faces will continue to tell this wonderful story for us.

This Memorial Day was a beautiful celebration and remembrance of the ones that gifted us the privilege to be together today. Our men and women of the armed services past, present and future; the ones who never came home and the one who returned never quite the same. There is an invisible thread of freedom and hope that binds us together, no matter our stories. It seems that mother nature was on our side today...it was a beautiful, peaceful, sun soaked ride through Tampa Bay this morning and even the dolphins showed up to be a part of the magic. We live in a magnificent city, full of adventures that we are always ready to embrace together...each day is another moment to savor this life that we continue to build, another moment to create memorable stories, another chapter in this neverending story about people, once strangers, building friendships that will last a lifetime.

Tonight, we embraced the charm and nostalgia of the Old South, sitting on front porches, sipping homemade sweet tea, sharing southern favorites, and dancing to old country tunes beneath twinkling lights. It was a beautiful evening filled with laughter, stories, tradition, and togetherness… the kind of night that feels like a warm hug from an old friend. Today we celebrated the beautiful women who gave us life, love, strength, and memories that will live in our hearts forever. This Mother’s Day was one of the most special yet. Recently, our residents participated in a photo shoot where they struck their best poses, shared their beautiful smiles, and then allowed us to reimagine their portraits through AI, placing them in spectacular places, elegant outfits, and dreamlike moments that reflected exactly who they are… absolutely spectacular. Today, we invited everyone together for lunch to unveil these incredible photos and gift them to our mothers. Our kitchen prepared another delicious meal filled with comfort, love, and laughter, and for a little while, the room felt wrapped in joy and gratitude. One perfect day for some truly extraordinary women.
