CEASE AND DESIST DEMAND�RE: Cyber Harassment, Threatening Communications, and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress

This letter serves as a formal demand that you immediately CEASE AND DESIST from all acts of harassment, cyberstalking, threatening communications, intimidation, defamatory conduct, and any direct or indirect contact toward myself, my family, associates, or any persons connected to Dr. Ronnie Bowen and his spouse, Shantel Bowen.
It has come to our attention, and we possess documented evidence, including threatening text messages and electronic communications sent through and involving the phone number 813-857-8170, indicating repeated harassment, intimidation, and threats of alleged “spiritual harm” directed toward Shantel Bowen, wife of Dr. Ronnie Bowen. These actions have caused substantial emotional distress and are being preserved as evidence.
Be advised that under Florida law, cyber harassment and cyberstalking are criminal offenses. Florida Statute §784.048 defines “cyberstalk” as engaging in a course of conduct through electronic communication directed at a specific person causing substantial emotional distress and serving no legitimate purpose. Repeated threats, intimidation, and malicious communications may constitute stalking or aggravated stalking under Florida law.
Relevant authority includes:
• Florida Statute §784.048 — Stalking and Cyberstalking�• Florida Statute §784.048(3) — Aggravated Stalking involving credible threats�• Florida Statute §836.10 — Threats to kill or do bodily harm communicated electronically�• Florida Statute §815.06 — Offenses against computer users and electronic communications
Additionally, Florida courts have consistently recognized that repeated unwanted electronic communications and threatening conduct may support claims for cyberstalking, injunctive relief, and emotional distress damages.
You are hereby DEMANDED to immediately:
1 Cease all direct or indirect communication toward the involved parties.
2 Stop all threatening, harassing, defamatory, or intimidating conduct.
3 Refrain from using third parties, social media, text messaging, email, or other electronic means to contact, monitor, threaten, or harass.
4 Preserve all communications, electronic records, social media posts, text messages, call logs, and related evidence. Destruction of evidence after notice may constitute spoliation and may be used against you in future proceedings.
Failure to comply with this demand may result in immediate legal action, including but not limited to:
• Filing police reports and criminal complaints�• Petitioning the court for an injunction for protection against stalking or cyberstalking�• Civil litigation seeking damages, attorney’s fees, court costs, and injunctive relief�• Presentation of all preserved evidence to law enforcement and the courts
This letter constitutes formal notice that your conduct is unwanted, unlawful, and must stop immediately.
