Do not let fear stop you from reporting a federal work injury.

You have rights. And as long as you are telling the truth, you should not be afraid to speak up, report the injury, and start the process the right way.

Get a CA-10, follow the steps, and make sure you are working with a doctor who understands how OWCP claims get accepted.

Save this post, share it with a federal coworker, or DM us 'HELP' if you need guidance after a work injury.

Knowing the difference between a CA-1 and a CA-2 matters more than most federal employees realize.

Using the wrong form can create delays and problems you do not need when you are already dealing with an injury.

The good news is this: when a claim is legitimate and documented the right way, it should be approved.

If you are not sure whether your injury is a CA-1 or a CA-2, do not guess.
