Let’s go to 3HO’s Summer Solstice in New Mexico! We packed heavy and spent 10 days camping and immersing ourselves in the most blissful atmosphere of Kundalini Yoga, Sikh Dharma, Meditation, Sacred Music, Shabbad Guru, Sacred Land, Seva and Sangat. Wow! These blessings are meant to last a lifetime! Thank you Waheguru Ji for this Grace and 3HO International for such an incredible experience!!! See you all in the Winter. 🙏

WAH! Our hearts are full of gratitude for this unforgettable time at 3HO International Summer Solstice in the mountains of New Mexico!!! It was such an honor to serve and grow with this special community. I had the blessing to sing at Gurdwara a few times, lead Sadhana, sing the Aquarian Chants, had a concert / album release, taught a workshop about the power of chanting meditation and the Naad, served and managed Youth/ Kids camp, taught the youngsters about Sikhi, Kundalini Yoga and the 8 Limbs of Yoga; White Ta***ic was incredibly powerful, Lua did white ta***ic for the first time; Rensabhai was deeply inspiring… oh man… I could write a whole book about the power of these past 10 days… I have so much to share with you all… stay tuned!!! But in the meantime, I just want to thank everyone from 3HO for such a wonderful event and beautiful experience. Kundalini Yoga is the reason I discovered Sikhi, the source of my healing and transformation, and I will forever honor and treasure this practice. 🙏💕

Today I attended a Women’s Self Defense class. I feel empowered and confident!!! One of my favorite things about SIKHI is the encouragement towards self defense and martial arts training. Guru Gobind Singh Ji, emphasized righteousness, humility, and the duty to fight injustice when all other means fail: the “Saint-Soldier” Spirit concept. But how can we fight if we are afraid and don’t know how? I am a Khalsa! I am working on eradicating my fears. Fears are conquered by Faith and experience! We need Vidya (knowledge) and daily practice. Let’s do this!!!

In honor of the Joti Jot Diwas of Siri Guru Hargobind Sahib Ji and the upcoming celebration of Vaisakhi, here is a humble explanation and understanding of the SAINT-SOLDIER Spirit concept in Sikhi.
“Saint-Soldier Spirit” is also the title of my NEW ALBUM coming out soon… and this is one of the songs from the album “The Pledge of Allegiance” (to the Khalsa). This picture is a rehearsal for the album cover … I am very excited to introduce this special project to the world.
