No experience? No problem. We are willing to invest in the right person — certifications and training can be provided for candidates who are the right fit. We do ask that you're open to completing any required certifications as part of the process. What we can't teach is a willing heart. 💙

Good morning, friends and families! 🌸

People often ask us what a typical day looks like at The Gardens. Honestly? It looks like this...

Morning starts with a hot breakfast, medication managed right on schedule, and good conversation around the table. Afternoons might be a board game, a movie, some crafts, time on the back porch, or just a quiet moment with a staff member who actually knows your person's story.

Evenings are calm, familiar, and safe. Overnight, our team is right here — awake and attentive — so residents (and families!) can truly rest.

No two days are identical because no two residents are the same. That's exactly how we like it. Care that fits the person, not the other way around.

If you've been wondering what life here really feels like, we'd love to show you. Come visit us anytime between 8am and 8pm. 💙

We've been part of this community since 2017. Right here in Tavares, on East Alfred Street, serving families from Tavares, Mount Dora, Eustis, and Leesburg.

That longevity matters. It means:

Hello friends and family! 💙 Today was ALL about our residents — and we went all out!

We treated everyone to a full SPA DAY... nails, pampering, relaxation, the works! Every single resident got the royal treatment because they deserve nothing less. 💅✨

And because we don't do anything halfway — they also got gift bags filled with goodies AND mocktail mimosas to sip while they were pampered. 🥂🎁

This is what home looks like at The Gardens. Our residents aren't just cared for — they are CELEBRATED every single day.

We are so grateful for our amazing team who make moments like this happen. You all are the heart of this place! 💐
