Our brand-new Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber has officially ARRIVED 🎉

This is another major step toward opening Impruv Performance & Metabolic Recovery and bringing advanced recovery and wellness technology to our community.

✨ Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) uses a pressurized environment with oxygen as part of a medically supervised treatment or wellness program. Our goal is to combine advanced technology with personalized testing for those who want to know what happening in their bodies before it's too late and require disease management. Our offerings are unique to the current health and wellness paradigm. Our appeal is to those seeking to get the most out of this life. We see “performance” as much more than a paradigm applicable to athletes who play for schools or professional teams. We ALL want to perform our best in life. Whether just want to lose a few pounds, or you're in your 70’s seeking to be more active, striving to accomplish new goals, or your in high school on a team and seeking to find ways to get better, and all those in-between, we are here to be your partner on your journey of being better prepared for what lies ahead.

We’ve invested in bringing together some of the best tools for recovery, performance, metabolic health, and longevity — all under one roof.

FROM OUR HEARTS ❤️

For many years, our Temecula location was more than the Re·Design with Prima flagship retail store.

It was where we met so many of you, taught classes, shared ideas, created beautiful things and built a wonderful community together.

So first, we want to make something very clear:

Re·Design with Prima is not going away. ❤️

Our head office, team, products, classes, retailers and creative community all continue. The same Re·Design team you know is still here to take care of and support you.

Our classes have moved to the Prima head office, and we hope you’ll continue supporting the wonderful Re·Design with Prima retailers near you.

Only our former Temecula flagship retail space is changing its purpose.

WHY THE CHANGE?

This part is personal.

As I approached retirement age, I realized that after spending so many years working and building businesses, I didn’t feel as healthy as I wanted to feel to truly enjoy the years ahead.

My partner saw what I was going through and began researching what might be good for both of us as we got older — how we could stay healthier, stronger, active and independent.

That journey introduced us to longevity, metabolic health, fitness, nutrition, recovery and healthy aging.

What began as a personal search became a passion — and eventually a new vision.

What if we could create a place where others could become more proactive about their health too?

And that’s how IMPRUV was born. 💙

Our former Re·Design flagship space is becoming a modern longevity and wellness center serving Temecula and the surrounding communities.

Our philosophy:

MEASURE → UNDERSTAND → IMPRUV → RE-MEASURE

IMPRUV will bring together metabolic and VO₂ testing, body-composition analysis, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red and near-infrared light therapy, infrared sauna, IV hydration and nutrient therapy, PEMF, medically supervised EBOO, medical weight management, aesthetics, and personalized performance, recovery and healthy-aging programs.

We will also have an endocrinologist, Nurse Practitioner and Registered Nurse on-site, along with independent chiropractic care.

For us, longevity isn’t simply about living longer.

It’s about being healthy enough to enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to build.
