Every step is a prayer & every breath is a new beginning.

this piece is meant to become a living breathing memorial on the flesh, to honor the tenderness in our relations

I stay pretty private with personal matters on here, but my heart is feeling the rawness of loss and equal parts gratitude of having been so f lucky to call this man my long time homie, someone who’s huge heart & expansive generosity taught me & so many in our community, what Ritual devotion can really look like.

This is repeatable flash - meant as a common thread carried within us, for those who feel the call ….

as a Remembrance for us all to not shy away from or forget the precious impermanence and yet paradoxical eternal quality to these NOW moments.

& I met back in 2010 when we were studying in the same Herbalism school.
Our paths intersected again last year and thus began an inspiring journey through sharing in Tatu Medicine, a fortification for us both.

🚩Tatu Medicine is wholly centered around people, our experiences and relation to the elements, the mysterious nature of being human and our interwoven threads as fellow creatures of this beautiful Earth.

The art is important…the design, the symbolism, the imagery. And, the way in which we weave is where the magic lives. I treasure and lovingly tend to this craft so dearly, and I thank you for your trust & communion.

I’m continually blown away by y’all’s vulnerability, stories shared & lessons traversed, the meaning made, and dots connected. Yall are truly amazing!
