On Thursday, April 2nd, 2026, we had the honor of hosting the 21st annual Take Back The Night event! Trauma Healing Services at La Frontera-EMPACT is deeply grateful for our planning committee & , our community partners, the incredible agencies who tabled, our courageous survivor speakers, our emcee Amanda Schneider, and every single community member who showed up.

We are so proud of the turnout. We raised awareness of sexual and domestic violence while fostering connection, healing, and hope through the sharing of critical community resources. A sense of unity and resilience was felt in every moment, from the moving survivor stories to the meaningful conversations shared throughout the evening. It was incredibly powerful to see our community come together to stand in solidarity, honor lived experiences, and create a space where survivors are seen, heard, and supported.

Only together can we shatter the silence and end the violence.

See you next year! 💜🩵
