I’m Patrice Maddox, RN, and I’m excited to serve as the Clinical Director at Canyon Creek Memory Care! 💜

I’ve been in nursing for over 12 years, and caring for others has always been close to my heart. I’m big on teamwork, communication, accountability, lots of laughter, and making sure our residents feel safe, loved, and truly at home.

When I’m not wearing my nurse hat, I’m a proud mom of two, devoted wife, Army veteran, a lifelong learner, and someone who believes there’s always room for a little fun in the day! 😊
