It’s been said “No person stands so tall as when they stoop to help a child”
Today our Feed My Sheep Children’s Free Clinic volunteers and the Bell County Medical Alliance did some serious stooping!
“Hard Hats for Little Heads” is the service of fitting custom bike helmets to children. Our doctors and medical students “stepped up to stoop” today at the Temple Children’s Museum. Dozens of kids from toddlers to older kids got free helmets, bandaids and most of all cool stickers to decorate/customize their equipment.
Thanks to Amee DeFere Tuggle for her being our primary Alliance sponsor today.
If you would like to donate any funds for our next event on March 15th, all donations are matched by the Bell County Medical Alliance, dollar for dollar. We ran out of toddler helmets first and reduced many of our small and medium size helmets.
