I don't know if it's a thing other places but chocolate covered cinnamon bears are a popular candy in Utah.

I was working on making more cocoa blends, even though it would be hard to top Wild Mint Cocoa! And I had someone request a chocolate covered cinnamon bear cocoa.

So this is my interpretation of those candies but in a more natural, much healthier version.

Last night I made a simple chia pudding - in a quart jar, add almond milk, maple syrup, 6TB chia seeds, give it a good shake and let it sit in the fridge overnight.

This morning I put 2 cups of the pudding with 1 cup frozen tart cherries in the blender.

Now I have a thick drink full of the good stuff! Fiber, protein, calcium, magnesium, omega-3's plus many more minerals and vitamins.

Making this jar of beautiful, delicious, red goo SO helpful for:

Finally back in stock!

Part of the Made of Hinges salve formula is dandelion oil.

I make the dandelion oil. And I usually have loads of it on hand. But I've been hard-pressed to find dandelions lately that haven't been sprayed.

I was able to find some clean dandelions and make some oil this year. Hoping it will last me!
