Her first baby and she was magnificent. It was harder than she expected. We learn all the things about labor and birth. Take the class, watch the videos, and read the books. But we really don't "know" until we go through it. So, though it was really tough and intense. She trusted herself, trusted her instincts, and she did the dang thing! Welcome to motherhood! Your going to be great at that too.

It was everything she prayed for and wanted. There was laughter, freedom to do what she wanted and when, hip squeezes for a few hours without one complaint by her amazing strong husband, her mom, my Netflix midwife assist, her best friend who is in awe of the whole process.
