Sacred Shell Healing & Wellness Sacred Shell Healing & Wellness was created with the passion to help others achieve their wellness goals through energy medicine....Mind, Body, & Spirit.

Quantum Energetics Structured Therapy (QEST) is a subtle but powerful energy modality that triggers the body's natural healing ability. A unique "language" of codes with applied kinesiology enables the practitioner to receive answers from the body. This allows the practitioner to structure the sessions to the individual needs of the client. QEST is a specific and gentle "hands on" therapy that is done with the body's energetic field to stimulate lasting healing, pain relief, increased energy, better immune response, as well as a better well-being of the client. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxtion that also promotes healing. Reiki is administered by a gentle "laying of the hands" that allows the the "universal life force" to flow to the client for a peaceful session.
